By accessing or using Trading Terminal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Not Investment Advice

Trading Terminal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

All information provided by the Service — including but not limited to stock screens, research summaries, options analysis, sentiment scores, smart money tracking, and any other output — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.

The Service does not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or specific needs. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.

Past performance of any security, strategy, or model discussed on the platform does not guarantee future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

3. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Trading Terminal. We owe you no duty of care, loyalty, or best execution beyond what is described in these Terms.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

Market data, financial information, and analytics are sourced from third-party providers and public sources including SEC EDGAR, FRED, Finnhub, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data.

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Always verify critical data points through independent sources before making financial decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Conduct your own due diligence before acting on any information from the Service
• Not rely solely on the Service for investment decisions
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your account
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING TERMINAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, models, and interfaces are the property of Trading Terminal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
