• Usage data: messages sent, tools invoked, and conversation metadata
• Billing data: managed by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers
• Device data: IP address, browser type, and operating system (for security and analytics)

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process your subscription and billing
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics
• To communicate service updates and changes

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not share your conversation content with other users
• We do not use your queries to train AI models

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plaintext.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure and hosting
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers for chat responses
• Finnhub, SEC EDGAR, FRED — market data providers

6. Data Retention

Conversation history is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
